Because Sony will gain lots of money if it wins the format war. I mean it is always nice to have more space for games but there is a work around. In the end games must be fun. Playstation is about games, and once they stop the blu-ray talk then all will be well. I hope they learned that from the PSP project. Those disc are like 5 times bigger than the DS disc right. So with the same blu-ray logic the cames should be 5 times better than the DS's games. It's not just about tech and specs...

some ppl still like it. I'm not one of then, but having games in all areas is important. I have friends that will not play anything other that EA sports. I know those friends are crazy. I hope Sony does not start saying who needs it anyway. I hope they are trying to see why this game was cut from the roster.

Sony should focus on the economics of their company and not worry about the 360. If the PS2 was a PS2 in a new shell it would out sell the 360. I buy what I like. I don't need a corp. big wig to tell me what I want/need. I want kick a$$ games. This is a plus that I may explore, it's not the sauce on the meat it's like the side dish. Eitherway, it's cool.
You are on to something. What is with the load game to HDD thing. Man if it uses like 4gigs like rr7 just think after 10 games, dlc, and demos your HDD will be full.

Is what we will have to do. As far as casual online gamers it will not matter. I'm a hardcore online gamer, and I need unification. I want one gamer profile for every game. My friends know me by this. Why would I want you to use my name one day. All systems and features will have there pros and cons. Stop the arguing guys. DONT LET SONY OR M$ PIMP YOU FOR FREE. If you have stock in either company then good. If not just save the energy for gaming.

Is worth $50 a year. Connecting up with friends in private rooms are awesome. If Sony can do this for free then sweet.
You guys are funny. Maybe M$ should focus on the 360. Stop spending time on what Sony is doing. The fact is this is Sony's third console. It should be the best in all the levels. HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, and SERVICES. Sony's online should be better guys. The console king should hit the ground running this fall. 10 years ppl compared to 5 for M$. There is no way M$ should be spoken of in the same breath as Sony. The PS3 will rule.
Who every wins. I do not and will not use my console to watch movies on. When I started usind my first xbox1 for movies it turned to sh8t. I will buy a stand alone player once they go to $200.

How innovative is madden? Hell they can't even get play-by-play right. I think this comes from the fact that MArk Rein dissed EA about production cost.
